Hotwire Hotel: 3* Tampa (Westshore-Airport TPA-South) Doubletree Guest Suites

I picked the 3* Tampa Westshore hotel on HOTWIRE for $54. The listed amenities were Pool, Restaurant, Laundry, and Internet. I originally thought I would get the Radisson Bay Harbor Hotel with these amenities, but was pleasantly surprised to receive the Doubletree Guest Suites.

I was so happy with this room, that I contacted the front desk to try to extend my stay one more night at this rate, but was told they could not extend the Hotwire rate, the best rate they offered was $109. I went back to Hotwire to rebook an additional night, the 3* Tampa Westshore with the exact amenities was listed for $59 (I figured it was a little more for weekend stay). I booked it, and was very surprised to get a different hotel - this time I got the Radisson Bay Harbor Hotel.

I was happy with both stays at these prices, but thought it was interesting both are listed with the same amenities, when Doubletree has two-room suites and airport shuttle. Also to note, Internet is $9.95 at Doubletree but free at Radisson.
