jess24 Posted August 28, 2008 Report Posted August 28, 2008 I am also going to NYC for 2 nights in October (either 11-13 or 12-14) and am looking to use PriceLine to score a deal. I would like to pay no more than $150-175 a night and 4* if possible. Any tips would be appreciated. Also why is it always suggested that you "use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases". is there an advantage to linking to priceline from this website? Thanks

ronanob Posted September 4, 2008 Author Report Posted September 4, 2008 I am willing to pay approx $200 TO $250 per room per night. My zones would be Cenrtal Park South, Mid Town West & East or SohoThanks for your help.Rob
thereuare Posted September 4, 2008 Report Posted September 4, 2008 Couple of questions since i'm not sure how familiar you are with NYC...My zones would be Cenrtal Park South, Mid Town West & East or SohoYou do realize that Soho is part of the Downtown-Financial area zone and your hotel can be anywhere within the given boundaries of the zone... so you won't be able to guarantee that you'll be in the Soho section of the zone, you could just as easily end up in the Downtown/Financial District part of the zone. Is this an acceptable outcome? Also, is there a reason you're not including the Times Sqauar or Empire State Building zones in your bidding?I am willing to pay approx $200 TO $250 per room per night. Is this before taxes and fees?Let us know the above and we'll advise accordingly. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
