bobbyk1133 Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Hi I'm new to priceline and have an urgent question.I am trying to secure a rental car for tomorrow and my initial bid said "unable to locate rental car". So I rebid using different classes of cars and pickup/dropoff dates. I went through 20 bids trying to find a car and each attempt said "unable to locate a rental car".In my profile under 'my trips' - none of the bids were accepted OR rejected - does this mean that they are still actively searching for a car? I do not want to be stuck with 10 successful bids if a car suddenly becomes available.I could not reach a customer service rep directly (is there way to?), and my email to priceline has not been replied to.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
