Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Madison (East) Holiday Inn

My first bid was $41 for a 3* in downtown Madison. Rejected with no counter offer, and from their response it seemed there was no availability for the same nite as my bid. I changed to 2 1/2* downtown for $35 with the same response. I then added Madison east 2 1/2* $35 and was accepted.
