This one has not shown up on this board yet, so it took a little searching. But from what I see, this looks like it could be the Holiday Inn Express Florida Mall. For some reason this one doesn't show up on the Holiday Inn hotel site, but it matches the 2.5 out of 5 rating on tripadvisor, as well as having the last review in May 2008, and the amenities seem to be a pretty good match. This would be my best guess.
