Hotwire Hotel: Help me ID a 2.5* and 3* Destin Hotel

I was hoping someone could help me ID 2 Destin hotels for a stay from 10/15 thru 10/21/08:

1) 2.5* - rate is $69/night.

Here are the amenities:

Fitness Center

Business Center

High Speed Internet

Pool

Laundry Facilities

2) 3* - rate is $93/night

Amenities:

Complimentary Breakfast

Pool

Golf Nearby

Fitness Center

Laundry Facilities

Also, how far from the beach is considered "beach access" and "near beach"?

Beach Access and Near Beach are the same, HOTWIRE changed the label on it a few years back and we use them intergangably on the board (although "Beachfront" is different). HOTWIRE defines 'Beach Access' as a short walk to the beach.

The 3* above is a match for the Country Inn and Suites... the 2.5* has not yet been identified.
