The 3.5* South hotel is a match for the Crowne Plaza (although i'll note i'm seeing a different hotel offered on my own HOTWIRE search for your dates)... the 3* in the North is a mtach for the Holiday Inn and the 2.5* is a match for the Anaheim Maingate Hotel... so those would be our best guesses for each of the above.

Of course I can not find the details....We stayed at the Hyatt regency Anaheim. Won a PRICELINE bid using your link, i believe. I looked up my account on priceline website and could not find the details. Sorry:(
