oldmoon Posted August 12, 2008 Report Posted August 12, 2008 Hi, I am new to this hotel bidding and would like some info. I am going to Montreal from August 21 to 28 and looking for a 4* downtown hotel. I want to find a HOTWIRE match to know the id of the hotel. It seems the price is around $115.Thank you for all the help.
oldmoon Posted August 12, 2008 Author Report Posted August 12, 2008 I just find out more info, the price is 109, 3.5 out of 5, 140+ customer reviews on July 2008
thereuare Posted August 12, 2008 Report Posted August 12, 2008 Welcome to BetterBidding! What are the amenities that HOTWIRE associates with this property? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
oldmoon Posted August 12, 2008 Author Report Posted August 12, 2008 The hotel amenities are fitness centre, restaurant, high speed internet access, pools, business centre and spa services. When I bid on the hotel, how can I make sure that the room is with 2 beds?Thank you again for your reply.
thereuare Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 PRICELINE only guarantees double occupancy... HOTWIRE guarantees sleeping accomodations for everyone you include in your search (and allows you to search for up to quad occupancy). So if you search HOTWIRE for triple occupancy you can ensure separate beds, although the '2nd bed' could be a rollaway, pullout couch, etc, etc. If this is acceptable, does the hotel above still appear when you search for triple occupancy (try both 2adults/1child and well as 3adults/0children)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. oldmoon Posted August 13, 2008 Author Report Posted August 13, 2008 I search with 2adults/1child, the result is the same. But when I put in 3adults/0child, the price is 133, all amenities and star rating remain the same.
thereuare Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 The above is a match for the Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel so that would be our best guess (although i'll add that the Marriott Chateau Champlain is a second possibility as well... but i think the Sheraton is a bit more likely)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help.
