"Shame On Hotels" Thread

I've heard about hotels give Priceline & Hotwire customers a hard time on room request or made a ridiculous rules for Priceline & Hotwire cumtomers several times. (Like Canoga Park Ramada in San Fernando Valley that "LoneStar" mentioned) Therefore, I'm wishing that we can make a list of shameful hotels like the one above, and help to avoid those hotels. Of course, This can't make a big difference if you do Name Your Own Price since Priceline doesn't give out any hotel details except Star Level and Area, but Hotwire does give out hotel info. and you can at least guess the hotel and refer to this list. Please provide/share all the "Shame On Hotels" and your story.

The Hotel Review section of the board is a better venue than a 'shame on you' thread.

What if a hotel appeared on the "shameful" list and then another user has a great stay... do they come off the list? What if a bad experience is an isolcated incident? The Hotel Review forum is best since experiences can be posted there and users can make their own decisions based upon the consensus of experiences.
