Hotwire Hotel: Need Help ID'ing Hotwire- South Beach hotels

Hello,

I am in the process of booking all of my trips for 2009 and wish I found out about this site way before, anyways, i need help booking my Miami 2009 trip through Hotwire.....My dates are March 25, 2009 - Tuesday, March 31st, 2009....

My first one includes: Miami, FL - Wed, Mar 25 to Tue, Mar 31 - 1 room, 6 nights, 4 adults

3 stars in Miami Beach: Pool, Beachfront, Restaurant, Internet Access for $219 per night

2.5 stars in Miami Beach: Fitness Center, Beachfront, Pool, Laundry, High Speed Internet for $219 a night

The next includes: Miami, FL - Wed, Mar 25 to Tue, Mar 31 - 1 room, 6 nights, 2 adults

3.5 Star Condo in South Beach for $302 a night: Condo, Near Beach, Suites,Fully Equipped Kitchen, Daily Housekeeping, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant

3.5 Star Hotel in South Beach for $304: Suite, Boutique, Near Beach, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Internet Access, Kitchenette

Any thoughts?

I should also add that the 3.5 star condo for $302 a night includes a boutique symbol

After further investigation I found out that the 3..5 star condo is The Strand on Ocean Drive and that the 3.5 Star Hotel is the Richmond Hotel on Ocean Drive.....Is the Richmond actually rated 3.5 Stars though????
