Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* Austin (North) Crowne Plaza

This is new - usually a 3.5* in North Austin is the Doubletree. This Crowne is the refurb'ed old Red Lion that sits right on the NE corner of 290 and I-35 (and directly south of the Doubletree). I have not stayed at this hotel since the 80's, so I have no idea what to expect. My past experience with the Crowne Plaza chain is very positive so I am hopeful.

In the Hotwire Hotel List we have the suspected amenities for the Doubletree... can you please add the amenities shown before your purchase to your previous Hotwire Doubletree thread. (how to still view these is given in our reply to your thread)

Based upon the amenities we believe are accurate for the Doubletree, the Crowne Plaza has an additional amenity, so that would have been a clue that this may have been a different property.
