Hotwire Hotel: 3 star south beach

Hello, I am looking to identify a 3 star hotel in south beach in hotwire. No tripadvisor rating. No mention of resort fee. Only 2 amenities listed: Boutique Hotel, High-speed Internet Access. Aug 11-14th. 9.8 Miles to MIA. $63 per night. Any idea what hotel this could be? My only guesses would be Winterhaven or Dorset. Thanks

The above property has not yet been identified, although either of the two you suggested could be possibilities (although i'd favor the Dorset over the Winterhave as a best guess)

Also note that if you change yoru search criteria to 2adults/2children you get a different 3* hotel in this zone, also inexpensive at $66/nite.
