Priceline Hotel: 4* Copley Area bidding failure!

I am wondering if I could get some advice on making successful bidding.

I'm looking to be in Boston from 9/26 - 10/1 and want to stay in the Copley area of only 4* hotels. I followed some instructions I found here in rebidding by adding zones, but it's not working well. I am at my max of $150 already. I prefer to be at around $120. I tried closing the browser and signing back in but the gray does not go away and I can readd more zone. I saw some people with successful bids for Westin at $110 or $120.

Any strategies will be appreciated. I'm getting really frustrated.
