Hotwire Hotel: please held ID, South Beach Miami, 4 star & 3 star

Hi everyone, I would be really grateful if someone could help me ID the following 2 hotels in South Beach, Miami.

Dates of stay: 12th - 15th January 2009

1. 4 star - $169

Boutique / High Speed internet / Fitness centre / Restaurants

Tripadvisor rating 4.0 out of 5, 100+ reviews, last reviewed July 2008

2. 3 star - $129

Boutique / High Speed internet / Fitness centre / Restaurants / Beachfront / Pool / Business Centre / Tennis nearby

Tripadvisor rating 3.5 out of 5, 140+ reviews, last reviewed July 2008

I would be grateful for any likely ID and recommendation as to which one would be best for 3 nights on South Beach.

The 4* hotel has not yet been identified but the 3* is a match for the Richimond Hotel so that would be our best guess.

Haven't booked for Miami yet, decided to leave it until nearer the time.
