Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* and 3* in Princeton/Lawrencville, hotel ID?

hi, i am trying to identify the 3.5* hotel for Princeton/Lawrenceville listed on hotwire for $65.00 now. Icons are fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet, and tennis nearby. NO laundry, no golf, no suite, no free breakfast.

there is also a 3* for $122.00 that includes fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet AND laundry.

So this 3 star has same amenities as the 3.5 star, with the exception of instead of tennis, there is laundry. And the 3 star is twice the price, but still in my price range.

I am puzzled, but want to be close to the Princeton campus. and of course, if i book through HOTWIRE, i will use links. oh yes, dates are one night 8/5/08-8/6/08 and I searched looking for 1 adult and 1 child.

Neither of the above have been identified, but i'll speculate...

The 3.5* is a match for the Chauncey Conference Center while the 3* is a match for the Holiday Inn so that would be our best guess for each.
