This is my first post, so first of all, thank you for creating such a helpful site!

I'm trying to secure Venetian, Palazzo, or TheHotel with the understanding that I may end up with Trump. This is my situation thus far:

bid N/S Strip $140, countered with $177

added Nellis-Las Vegas Speedway and bid $151, offer rejected

added West of Strip and bid $156, offer rejected

added Convention Center/UNLV and bid $161, offer rejected

I realize I may have started the bid too high, it was my first try with PRICELINE. I am willing to spend up to $170 per night. Any suggestions?

Bid accepted for $169! Unfortunately, I got Trump, which seems to be the only non-smoking 5* in LV.

I NEED a smoking hotel room... Maybe this enough reason to cancel my reservation? Haha!
