This was for August 9-11.

3* Baltimore Airport $41 = no

+ Stadiums $46 = accepted at the Holiday Inn. Reviews are sketchy but at this price I am sure it will be fine.

Originally wanted to be in the University or Harbor areas but those attempts failed. Here's the log of the failed attempts in those zones:

3* Inner Harbor $52 = no

+ Stadium $57 = no

+ West $62 = no

+ Glen Burne = no

+ Owings Mills = no

= quit out and started over.

2.5* Inner Harbor $58 = no

+ Stadium $64 = no

+ West $70 = no

+Glen Burne $77 = no

= quit out and started over.

2.5* University & Inner Harbor $62 = no

+ Stadium $68 = no

+ West $74 = no

+ Glen Burne $81 = no

= quit out and went to the 3* airport above that produced a win.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and it is great. Free wifi and parking, comfortable rooms. Elevators are a tad on the slow side but otherwise a decent property. Ask for a room that's not on the first floor -- the room corridors on that floor connect function rooms and parking and can be noisy on weekends.
