osumelissa Posted July 24, 2008 Report Posted July 24, 2008 I'm going to visit some college friends in a few weeks in DC and decided to bid today on Priceline for a hotel. Here is my bidding history...hope it helps someone! I was only bidding on 4 stars since I will be traveling alone and stuck to areas that I know very well.$68 - Georgetown-Foggy Bottom (rejected)$72 - Foggy Bottom and Dupont Circle-Woodley Park (rejected)$75 - Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle-Woodley Park, and White House-Downtown (rejected)$82 - Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle-Woodley Park, White House-Downtown, Convention Center-Capitol Hill (accepted)I'm pleased with what I got and am glad I stayed under $100 per night.
