I got this hotel last weekend 7/19-20 for $90. Parking is $10 CAD extra.

When we checked in we were offered and accepted to upgrade for $20 CAD to an upper floor room with waterview, better bedding and late check-out 6pm the next day. It was worth it for us - the bed and duvet were indeed quite comfortable and the late checkout was nice.
