wheelanddeal Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 Hi just came back from my trip (I paid $69... sorry for not posting, but others got for less, so didn't share). Hotel was nice. They charge a $12 resort fee. I'm told the resort fee covers parking, internet, pool and shuttle. Shuttle to/from Disneyland is every half hour which can save you the $12 parking fee. Timing is a little inconvenient, but you do get dropped over very close to main gate and right across from the inexpensive restaurant row (Denny's, Buffet place, iHop), so it was a good option. The hotel did try to charge me for two $5 waters in one room. No idea why. Also the electronic fridge had a few extra spaces so I put some of my own water bottles in it, and when I took them out it charged me $1.87 each. I spoke to the front desk and they had no problem removing all the charges. They said the electronic fridge does it all the time, but they didn't understand how I was getting charged for the $5 water bottles. No problem waiving, but you might want to make sure you check out at the front desk so you don't get hit with these little extras.
