thereuare Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 This property has not yet been identified... are you using this as an inexpensive alternative to staying downtown and will commute in each day? If so, given there is no shuttle shown you can't be assured that one is offered, how will you get to the train if it the hotels is not walkable to a station? (if there was a shuttle you could take the shuttle to the airport and commence your trip from the station at the airport)Is the ORD North zone an option or do you need to be in the South zone for a specific purpose? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. Nelson9937955 Posted July 21, 2008 Author Report Posted July 21, 2008 Taking the shuttle to ORD and then getting on blue line is kind of a hassle. I am trying to find a cheap hotel that is in walking distance of the EL. Any zone is ok really. I stayed in same zone last time i went at a 3 star Holiday inn that used to be a Ramada but I dont see it this time. That was right across the street from the Cumberland El station.
thereuare Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 Taking the shuttle to ORD and then getting on blue line is kind of a hassle.Agree... but at least it's an option if you receive a hotel that is not near the El.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
