Also a quick question on hotwire. Although I did a search for 2 adults and 2 kids and save the search on the tripwatcher, now when I check it only comes as 2 adults. Does that matter, will I be charged extra for the kids when I get?

The 3* is a match for the Four Points Northeast so that would be our best guess.

The 2* is not yet reported or identified, but if i were to take a guess i would think the Extended StayAmerica (or one of their other brands) is a likely possibility.

I've never used the TripWatch so i can't comment regarding the occupancy, but i would just do another search when you ready to make your purchase and make sure you select 2adults/2children for the occupancy.
