BullLee Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 I booked this night for my wife and my 5th wedding anniversary, and loved it! The Sheraton is in a fantastic location, and we spent the afternoon and morning before check-out sunbathing at the pool! The only complaint I have is that the front desk seemed to treat us differently due to the Priceline booking. She announced that we booked on Priceline, and that they only had rooms with ONE double bed in them left! I highly doubt that that was the case, but I took it anyway instead of raising a fuss. I've booked Hyatt rooms on Priceline before, and their staff never let on that they even know where we reserved the room. We're always treated the same as if we had paid full price. Other than that small glitch, we loved our stay and will gladly stay again at this price :)

lhwjud Posted July 17, 2008 Report Posted July 17, 2008 Just wondering if it is possible to check in using the self service kiosk for PRICELINE purchase? So that we can avoid facing potentially discriminating staff and queue.
BullLee Posted July 18, 2008 Author Report Posted July 18, 2008 I actually tried that due to the long lineup (Saturday afternoon check-in), but the kiosk wouldn't let me log in due to the type of booking I had. Good idea though!
