thereuare Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 Welcome to BetterBidding!Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified. However, is there something in particular you're looking for from this stay? There is a 3.5* property available in this zone for your dates which is higher rated and priced less (best guess is the Coast Plaza Hotel and Suites)... would this 3.5* property work for your needs? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. spaciegracie Posted July 15, 2008 Author Report Posted July 15, 2008 Thank you for your response.Yes, I did notice the Coast Plaza and Suites property listed. I am considering it. My ownly real concern with that place (and, yes, it may sound petty), is the VERY dated decor in the rooms (and some issues with cleanliness there). I was curious about the 3* place I posted about, because I was wondering if it might be a newer Hotel, with a nicer decor (and, perhaps, higher reviews on 'trip advisor').The main things I am looking for are- a centrally located hotel in Vancouver (preferably, downtown West area)- a hotel without a serious noise problem- at least offering a fridge in the suite, and if I could also have a small kitchenette that would be great- in a perfect world the suite would also have a complimentary breakfast (but, i know this is a very rare thing for hotels in Vancouver).- be clean and not totally run down- I would prefer to pay between 69-80 dollars a night (staying for 4 nights in the winter season).Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated.thank yougrace
spaciegracie Posted July 15, 2008 Author Report Posted July 15, 2008 p.s. Would it be considered early that I am looking for a hotel for December now? What I mean is, do better deals on hotels tend to come up closer to the actual season? I just wouldn't want to book now and then find that later a whole bunch of great hotels come up at very cheap. What is the standard protocol?
