Dropped to 2.5* (to try for the Ayres or Holiday Inn) and 2 days, bid the $45 with minimal rebid opportunities and still got the Marriott.$45 x 2 - $90 - $108.74 with tax/feesPRICELINE link used.

Easy to see with the number of rooms that are average at the very best for a Marriott. Still a solid price for an older hotel just below a typical 3* property.
