Wanted something near Foggy Bottom.1st Bid: 4* Foggy Bottom, $66 rejected.2nd Bid: 4* added White House-Downtown, $71, rejected.3rd Bid: 4* added Arlington, $74, rejected.4th Bid: 4* added Crystal City, $78, accepted for Westin Grand in Foggy Bottom. Very pleased because I was considering this hotel at the Government rate of USD $154.
