Was really hoping to stay in NMA but had no luck up thru $120 so instead went back for another round including the Loop.

First bid of Loop @ $90 rejected, offered the "raise $22" option to win.

The $25 savings is probably worth the change in zone as the two areas are fairly close to each other and you can probably taxi/bus between the two areas for less than $25/day.
