Got this hotel for $69 per night. With taxes and fees the total for 2 nights was $166.74. Plus $30 per night to park a car ($26+tax). Parking fees are listed on the hotel's website.

The hotel was quite nice overall. Signs in the hotel say they are renovating the property, and I probably got one of the renoavted rooms. Spacious, clean, and a good firm bed. Location is decent, a brisk walk away from the waterfront and shopping.

On the downside, I was on the side of the highway facing the highway and despite being on the 15th floor there was significant road noise. Didn't notice it at first because A/C was blasting away, but when the A/C stopped it was very noticeable. Also be prepared to pay $10/day for internet access.

Overall still a decent deal.
