btober Posted July 7, 2008 Report Posted July 7, 2008 Got the 3* Doubletree Charlotte Airport through Hotwire for $49 for the night of 7/21/2008. I was unsure of what to expect as the only amenities listed were a fitness center and a pool. Upon discovering that my purchase was indeed the Doubletree, I looked it up and found it to be very similar to a hotel I stayed at previously in the area. Indeed, it seems the Doubletree Charlotte Airport is what used to be the Wyndham Garden Inn in the CLT area. I hope this helps update the hotel lists!I also used the HOTWIRE link for purchase.
