Priceline Hotel: Location questions on a hotel in Los Angeles

Hi,

I am new to here, I am traveling to Los Angeles in 1 week, and would love to live in "Renaissance Hollywood Hotel", the rate I found online is over 200 dollars, so I want to try to get a cheaper rate at Priceline.

For the location, is this hotel located in Hollywood or West Hollywood? A 4-star hotel, I suppose? How do I find out whether my bidding for a hotel is "Renaissance Hollywood Hotel" or some others?

Thank you for your help! :)

Welcome to BetterBidding!

You can't bid on a specific hotel... you can only choose the zone and the minimum star level you're willing to accept. If you're trying to target a specific property HOTWIRE is often a better option as you can sometimes identify the property beforehand based upon the star rating and amenities that HOTWIRE shows to be associated with the property.

For more information on the similarities, and differences, between each service see this thread: I've Never Used Priceline or Hotwire
