Preader
I have never used Priceline before and was wondering if you choose a four star hotel with Priceline will it be a nice hotel. I will be traveling to NY in August and would like to stay at a nice hotel for a good price if that is possible. If anyone could help I would appreciate it. Thanks. Link to comment
thereuare
There are 'less desirable' hotels in some zones but hopefully by doing some research here before bidding you can learn what zones you may want to avoid (or use Hotwire where you can gain a bit more insight as to a hotel's identity).I would start by looking at the PRICELINE NEW YORK HOTELS list and seeing examples of the hotels that have already come up. Almost all the hotels in this area at the 4* level are 'name-brand upper-tier' chains and some of them have links next to them which go directly to a review of that property.I would have no problem staying at any of the 4* hotels in the NYC area, but 'nice' is different for everyone and even at the same hotel you'll find one user has a great experience while another may have a not-so-great experience.... and this isn't just with Priceline/Hotwire reservations, there are both good and bad reviews from 'traditional guests' too. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
