I've seen this hotel mentioned in other threads, but it does not seem to have been identified. Any ideas?

I'm guessing this may be the Avenue Hotel, as that is smoke free, in that area and would be a 3.5* (it is the former Radisson, which was a 3.5* on Hotwire.)
