Hotwire Hotel: Westminster 4* ID Help!

I am looking for a hotel in London from 7/28 - 7/31.

There is an interesting choice coming up for Westminster 4* Including the following amenities:

Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Internet, Spa

From the research I've been doing, the only hotel I can find in the Westminster zone that has a pool is the Marriott County Hall. However, priceline views that hotel as a 5 star. Does anyone have any other idea's as to what hotel this could be?

Actually after looking at the map, it cannot be the Marriott since that is a different zone.

I am now thinking that it is the Hesperia London Victoria Hotel since they have a small pool and are in the Westminster zone.

Expedia is asking $254 so it would make sense that Hotwire would want $179.
