Priceline Hotel: looking for 3* or 4* in NYC

I am looking for a 3* or 4* in the following neighborhoods in NYC:

Times Square

Downtown - SoHo

for the dates: (here is where it's get a little complicated)

either the 28/06 to 30/06 or 29/06 to 01/07

Whatever is cheaper.
