Priceline Hotel: Question for Bidding in Monterey

Hi -

I'm new to this forum and slightly new to Priceline. I typed in Monterey, CA for July 22nd (just one night), and when I click on 4 stars, it only lists the Intercontinental @ 199/night as the only option. If I then attempt to bid on 4-stars in Monterey, would that mean that I am essentially bidding only on Intercontinental?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
