There are actually two Courtyard properties in the Alexandria-Old Town zone, and a third Courtyard in the Crstal City zone... can you confirm which you you purchased? (i edited the topic to indicate the Crystal City zone since i assume that is the one you received)

Sorry my original post was such a mess. I placed one bid of $55 for 2.5* in Crystal City zone (having given up on 2.5* in Alexandria-Old Town zone after bidding up to $70 - all rejected). I won on that first bid.
