I just bid on 4* hotels in area #5 (North Michigan Ave - River North Area) and won the Intercontinental Chicago located at

North Michigan Ave - River North Area

505 North Michigan Avenue

Chicago, Illinois 60611

Dates of stay are from 6/18/08 through 6/30/08.

Offer Price Per Room, Per Night: $90.00

Subtotal: $180.00

Taxes & Service Fees: $36.13

Total Charges: $216.13

I started bidding at $80, which was not accepted. Then I added area #2 (Lincoln Park) which has no 4* hotels, and increased my bid to $90 that was accepted.

Can you please confirm the correct dates of your stay... i'm not sure if the typo is with the check-in or check-out date, but your post indicated this is a two nite stay while the dates show 12 nites.

If the original poster did get 12 nights at the Intercontinental for that price, consider me impressed. $90 for one night at the Intercontinental is awfully good, though.
