RI_Sox_Fan Posted June 20, 2008 Report Posted June 20, 2008 Hi there, I've been reading this board for a while and you go a great job and provide good service. I am planing a trip to Toronto in mid September and went to Hotwire for a hotel room. Here is what I was offered:4* Hotel Downtown Toronto East$129 per nightAmenities:Smoke Free, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High Speed Internet Access, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services.Trip Advisor Rating: 4 out of 5 220+ Reviews, last June 2008.it is also listed as Customer Favorite and a Best Value / Limited Rate.Any ideas on it's identity would be helpfull. Also I noticed in in the Hotwire hotel list some of the entries show VP. What does VP mean ?thanks,Michael
wasme Posted June 20, 2008 Report Posted June 20, 2008 I booked this in April and it was the Westin Harbour Castle. (Great price - but add valet parking (incase your not aware))
RI_Sox_Fan Posted June 20, 2008 Author Report Posted June 20, 2008 Thanks a lot, It looks like a nice property. Did yours say "Customer Favorite" and what did you pay for parking if you don't mind me asking ?Michael
thereuare Posted June 21, 2008 Report Posted June 21, 2008 RI_Sox_Fan,Welcome to BetterBidding! I agree that the best guess for this property is the Westin. Current parking charges at this property run $30/day.In the hotel list, VP stands for "Vacation Packages".Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.wasme,As you can see, your wins could help other users, it would be appreciated if you began to share your purchases with the board.Thanks. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
