cherikm Posted June 14, 2008 Report Share Posted June 14, 2008 After watching prices rise and fall for several days, finally gave in and bought a 4* MTS hotel for $239. Icons listed internet, business center and restaurant. Turned out to be the Carlton Madison Avenue (which was what I expected). Interesting though, as soon as I purchased it, the same area and icons showed up with a much higher price. Also noticed that prices frequently changed several times a day, and the top listings were "shuffled" so that different areas showed up at the top of the page when I checked. Hope my experience is better than some other hotwire users who have said they were assigned the worst rooms. Link to comment
