Clean, nice and an easy trip into Burbank airport or north suburbs of LA. Next to a small airport, but noise really wasn't an issue. Pay to park.

Bar/restaurants nice too.

Should have bid less, but in a hurry (bidding the night before stay). received A LOT of not accepteds for other areas of north LA (under $100) so I went for $90 on this area...try for $70 or so to start (you just might get it).
