Surprised to see the bidding go so high since the retail rates were the same as usual. The Marriott is usually a solid bet for the low 30s, but they were hosting a number of officials for the GTAA T-New trials that weekend - hence the lack of priceline inventory and consequently the higher bid for the Four Points.
