Hotwire Hotel: 3* Oshawa-Whitby Holiday Inn

I need a room in preferably Whitby for one night on June 10th and HOTWIRE came back with the following hotels.

$48 - 2.5* (Breakfast, Pool, High Speed Internet)

$99 - 3* -(Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Golf Nearby)

Any ideas as to what these hotels could be? Thanks in advance for the help.

Really not sure, but guessess would be:

2.5* Super8 or Holiday Inn Express

3* Hilton Garden Inn or Holiday Inn
