jpfrancis Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 After unsuccessful bids over the last week for a Niagara Falls 4 star, ranging between $61-$111, I switched to bidding for a 3 star. Over the last several days I bid from $51-$91 in increments of $5 (using up to 3 free bids each day). I was finally successful with the $91 06/07/08-06/09/08 at the Holiday Inn Niagara Falls - By the Falls. I checked all the travel sites (Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) and it looks like it averages $140-$150 per night on those two nights. So I saved about $40-$50 a night. Not my best success, but nothing to laugh at :)
