ShibuyaJon Posted June 20, 2004 Author Report Posted June 20, 2004 I'll post a review upon my return (I wrote one on TOBB). I've stayed at the poco diablo before and found it below par as a resort. The rooms are barely 3* motel style. While it nominally meets priceline's definition of a resort, it is not a hotel I would pay full price for. In researching this stay, I came very close to booking the Hilton or a more upscale hotel conventionally. But that said, it is certainly worth $60. I would never pay rack rate.I'll be optimistic, however, and hope that this stay in August is better than our last two stays there. Again, is is an ok facility, just not what I would call a "resort" (a la' the JW Marriott in Las Vegas or the Hyatt in Henderson, NV).
