It's a good deal. Don't think you could have got it for under $65, at the very lowest. If you put in another bid, instead of just trying to extend this one, you might get another hotel like Renaissance. Renaissance is nice, and close by, but do you really want to move on the chance you can bid the extra days $3 lower?

It's not really in the center, but public transportation in Munich makes getting to anywhere easy. August is a low occupancy month for the business hotels there (such as this one), so I think you have a good chance of getting extended.
