$95 a night!? :)

I first selected MTW and bid $90 but was rejected,

I then added MTE and raised my bid to $95 but my Canadian VISA card didn't work (non-US VISA cards aren't accepted at Priceline but I tried b/c I wanted the air mile points) so I used my MC and my bid was accepted!

I don't have a US credit card so I thought I would have to pay at least 50% more on Hotwire for a 4/5* room.....that was before I saw the thread BIDDING FOR CANADIANS on the General Priceline Tips page and used the tips for non-USA bidders! Your advise on bidding strategies was also huge.

I couldn't have done it without you guys. Thanks BetterBidding and everyone who posts here. Thanks for helping to make our first trip to New York extra special!
