yes it does list spa under the hotel amenities for the 3.5 star central strip.

The 3.5* a match for both the Flamingo and for Bally's; of the two, i think the one you're most likely seeing is Ballys. The 4* matches both Paris and Planet Hollywood, so eihter of those would be our best guess for that one... no additional clues to indicate which is more likely than the other.
