Gracie Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 If you haven't already recently, you might want to reconfirm this reservation. I read on another board that Priceline and/or Hampton Inn canceled the poster's reservation. I don't remember all the details, but please reconfirm since you still have time. The poor poster found out the day before he/she was to leave and was given Clarion at Universal instead. Hopefully your res is still intact, and if it is, sorry for the scare.Obviously I meant canceled A poster's reservation (on another board), not dv1's res!
dv1 Posted July 3, 2008 Author Report Posted July 3, 2008 I called to confirm my room yesterday and was informed that it was canceled by PRICELINE. I thought that could never happen :) but they do mention it in their terms and conditions. The web site still shows a confirmation! I called customer service but I am still waiting for response. I'll post the resolution once I find out. Then, I check the board today and see that their was a post regarding the same scenario. Thanks for the heads up Gracie :)
Gracie Posted July 4, 2008 Report Posted July 4, 2008 You're very welcome. Better to find out now than while standing at reception trying to check in. Did they get you a room somehwere else or did you request a refund?

dv1 Posted July 4, 2008 Author Report Posted July 4, 2008 Hello! Here is the response I received from Priceline in an email.
