Hotwire Hotel: Houston Galleria area Hotels

My Hotwire search was for Houston Galleria area 5/23-5/26. I am trying to decide between:

4* $69/night (boutique, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, laundry facility, high speed internet, spa)

3.5* $68/night (suite, no smoking, fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet)

3* $53/night (fitness center, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet, laundry facility)

Any idea what hotels these are for? Trying to decide which would be best for our needs (we're traveling with a baby).

Best guess for each:

4* Hotle Derek

3.5* Sheraton Suites

3* Holiday Inn Select

Of the above the Sheraton Suites seems to be the best rated and would provide a little extra room for the three of you and probably a refrigerator too, which is always convenient when traveling with children (depending upon the age of your baby)
