Priceline Hotel: NYC 4* or 3* -need help

Willing to pay around $!50 for a 3* or 4*. If anyone could guide me how should i go about it. any zone would be good except BROOKLYN ZONE, UPPER EAST SIDE , and UPPER WEST SIDE.
